HISTORY

International Wines is a local, family-owned fine wine distributor based in Birmingham, Alabama.  Charles Yeates and his family started the company in 1973, and since then we have become the best fine wine distributor in Alabama and one of the best in the country.  We have over 30 sales managers & representatives covering the entire state, representing a diverse portfolio of over 2,500 wines.  Our warehouse and trucks are 100% temperature controlled, and we order only refrigerated containers from May through November. Compliance and registration are simple;  We bring wineries in under our import license, so there is no charge to the winery to have their products sold in Alabama.
